Per CHED Memorandum Order No. 44, Series of 2006 and Board Resolution NO. 14, Series of 2007) Bachelor of Science in forestry (BSF) is a four year degree program. It aims to provide the students general and through background in forestry and environment. It is also geared to carry out public information and education campaign on forestry and environment as well as providing skills in the conduct of research. A BS Forestry programs covers the following field of specialization for graduating student, namely: Forest Resource Management (FRM); Forest Biological Science (FBS); and Community Forestry (CF). Graduates of the programs can get involved in research, consultancy jobs, business and entrepreneurship, energy and resource management, planning and design, air and water quality management, waste management, environmental assessment and instructor in the academe.
